Clinikey ("we", "us", or "our") is a professional iOS keyboard application developed and operated by Clinikey Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales. We are committed to protecting user privacy. Clinikey is designed to operate without collecting, transmitting, or storing personal or patient data.

2. What Clinikey Does

Clinikey is a custom iOS keyboard providing clinical templates, validated scoring tools, smart autocorrect, clinical symbols, an aide mémoire, and a dose calculator. All features operate entirely on your device. Nothing you type is transmitted to Clinikey Ltd or any third party.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

Clinikey does not collect, process, store, or transmit: any text you type; patient information or medical records; personally identifiable information; location data; or health data.

4. Data We May Collect

We may collect: anonymised crash reports via Apple's crash reporting (if opted in); aggregated App Store analytics from Apple; and your email address if you contact us voluntarily.

5. "Allow Full Access" Permission

iOS requires this permission for shared data storage between the keyboard extension and companion app. We do not use it to read or transmit your keystrokes.

6. Clinical Content Disclaimer

Clinikey is a productivity tool, not a medical device. All scoring tools are for convenience only. Clinical judgement remains entirely with the clinician. Clinikey Ltd accepts no liability for clinical decisions made with reference to this app.

7. Data Retention & Third Parties

Settings are stored locally and removed when you uninstall. We do not share data with third parties and do not use advertising networks or analytics SDKs.

8. Your Rights

As we do not collect personally identifiable data, there is generally nothing to access, correct, or delete. UK/EEA users have rights under UK GDPR. To remove an email address from our records, contact us.

9. Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be noted via App Store update notes or this page.
